Returns

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement without providing any reason within 14 days of receiving their order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the Seller of their decision by email or in writing.

The returned product must be sent back no later than 14 days from the date of notifying the Seller about the withdrawal.

The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

Products Excluded from Returns

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• products made to the customer’s individual specifications,

• products customized to the customer’s personal requirements,

• sealed products that cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

How to Return a Product

1. Contact our customer service and inform us of your intention to return the product.

2. Securely package the product.

3. Include your order number or proof of purchase.

4. Send the package to the address provided by the Seller.

5. Wait for confirmation of receipt and processing of your refund.

Complaints

If the purchased product is defective or does not conform to the agreement, the customer has the right to submit a complaint.

Complaints may be submitted:

• by email to the store’s contact address,

• in writing to the Seller’s address provided on the Contact page.

The complaint should include:

• order number,

• customer contact details,

• description of the issue,

• photos of the product (if possible).

Complaints are reviewed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

If the complaint is accepted, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund in accordance with applicable laws.

Shipping Costs

• In the case of a standard return, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

• In the case of a justified complaint, shipping costs are covered by the Seller.
