1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website janelle-shop.pl.

Registration and User Account
3.1. To make purchases or use certain Website features, the user must register an account on the Website.
3.2. The user is obliged to provide true and complete information during registration.
3.3. The user is responsible for the security of their password and for all activities performed through their account.
3.4. The Website Administrator has the right to block or delete a user's account in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Purchases on the Website
4.1. The user may order products offered on the Website in accordance with the conditions presented for each product.
4.2. Order confirmation constitutes the conclusion of a sales agreement between the user and the Seller.
4.3. Placing an order on the Website is possible only after accepting these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
4.4. During promotional campaigns, gifts may be added to receipts and invoices with the description “gift” at a price of PLN 0.01.

Prices and Payments
5.1. The prices of products displayed on the Website are gross prices and include VAT.
5.2. The user is obliged to make payment using one of the available payment methods:
Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro.
5.3. If payment is not made within the specified period, the order may be cancelled.

Returns and Complaints
6.1. A consumer who has concluded a distance contract or an off-premises contract has the right to withdraw from it without giving any reason within 14 days.

6.3. If it becomes necessary to refund funds for a transaction made by payment card, the Seller shall refund the amount to the bank account assigned to the Customer’s card.

Order Processing Time
7.1. The order processing time is calculated from the moment positive payment authorization is obtained.
7.2. If the Customer chooses payment by bank transfer or payment card, the processing time is counted from the date the Seller’s bank account is credited.

Delivery
8.1. Delivery is made to the address specified by the user in the order form.
8.2. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and product availability.

9.1. The Seller shall not be liable for improper operation of the Website resulting from technical problems beyond the Seller’s control.
